Indoor sculpted bases?
« on: May 03, 2012, 10:55:46 PM »
Most sculpted bases that are sold are for outdoors: ruins, woodland, etc. Does anyone know of indoor bases, whether industrial style, or office-type floors?

Have a look at the Fenris bases: http://www.fenrisgames.com/shop.html
The Sulaco ones would work well for industrial, the timber ones would be good for indoors as well.

Forgot the ark bases: http://www.fenrisgames.com/shop.html#ecwid:category=2202456&mode=product&product=11321569

.:edit:.
So used to not having an edit button, I almost posted three times in a row.
Some tiled bases here: http://www.pk-pro.de/index.php?page=product&info=84
Some of those would work well for lino tiles.

I've got timber floorboard bases as well as the other "indoors" styles mentioned above...and herringbone tile and square tile are WIP and almost ready...
Too many ideas....way too little time.

I'm painting going to paint a 'corporate assassin', so what I really wanted was some modern-day indoor floors, like that of an office building or even a warehouse. Of course the problem is that a modern floor is basically just a flat surface... I wanted a little sense of place, but I have no skill to build anything diorama-y.

Geronimo, I went to your webshop (following Ink's link). I found that when it's displaying items in grid mode, they are cut off mid-picture on the right side, and the layout generally looks broken. That is on both Opera and IE. On Opera, scrolling down also keeps on returning to the top of the page.

Yeah, it's a problem I'm aware of but haven't had chance/time to resolve.  Click "List" view and the pics/items should show properly in the meantime.
