Yea this is our first KS, so will likely run things a little differently next time with regards to the format, the response has been greatly positive, but there are a few things that could be polished.

Three items of torture equipment unlocked today :D

Thanks Martin :D Glad you like the sculpts! And that would be great, the more people we can reach, the better :)

Cheers Connexion! Was quicker than expected to funding :P 23 days remaining, so wil have plenty of new Stretch Goals sculpts to show off before we are done ;)
Things will be available afterwards, but after all the KS pledges have been fulfilled, (likely april - may) and at regular webstore prices. So not the end of the world if you can wait a while, but does help unlock more stuff if folks add to the funding goals :D

3D printed and resin cast? Might take the bait as I have been meaning to do a small Diana for years but cant find the time to build books and some furniture from scratch...

Yep spot on. None of this cardboard scenery m'larky ;) Printed and cast in house, so no delays or problems with outsourcing every stage of production. Will be bookcase, desks, potions etc previews in the next week :)

What about your classic swinging axe or walls with holled for crossbow bolts :) or were you just after comments on the stuff you already have? It all looks aces! The detail is brilliant. Perticularily a fan of the fountain!
Thanks! :D New suggestions much welcome, a few people wanted axes. Just trying to think how to create a mini for them. Tomb raider 1 wall crossbow holes! Must do that!

Would be great to get feedback on the progress of the sculpts so far. We are doing a dungeon scenery kickstarter, i hope its ok to post here!
Shout out if there is something terrain related you would like included, always open to suggestions!

Tis called Twisting Catacombs, live on the 30th September (yikes, fast approaching!) and it is the first major venture for Zealot Miniatures, since i quit my full time job a few months ago and am trying to make minis full time now! :D (livin the dream!)

Now what with the success of Andy's Heresy KS, all those monsters will need somewhere to live! ;) Here are the wips so far.

Whew, lots more bits to come in the next few weeks :D Feedback much appreciated! Thanks

Brilliant sculpts :D Love the drinking goblin especially. And im at a loss as to how you are hand casting metal so well.  :applause:

Liking that nmm swords on those heroes! I always go for some over the top colour on powerswords... like red. Grey didnt ever cross my mind xD

Mech is from my Zealot Miniatures store :P could use a decent paintjob to display it. If you are interested in painting more giant robots, drop us a PM :)

Lovey stuff as always :D Whole chapter worth of dreads!

+3 For being not-Jason Stathem :P

Nice one, looks good. Wishing you luck mate.

As one-part as possible. Its been sculpted in a fixed pose, weight balance, anatomy etc etc. So it looks best in that one pose. No need to do multipart madness ... which reminds me.. i have a Netherlord MKII somewhere around here needing gluing together ;)

And now with 650k euros sitting in the bank, it is the most opportune time for GW/Hasbro/MB/MoonDesign to sue them for 650k damages :P

I agree with Balgin, ill pick up a copy if it ever makes it into the shops.

Tomorrow at this time we will reopen the HQ25th project in a spanish crowfunding platform, Verkami. We decided do this so we own the trademark in Spain and avoid that can't be attacked in the middle of crowdfunding under any "suspected remote threat."

Everything will be as a "period followed" except for two main differences:

In Verkami, the money given to the project author undertakes to complete the game, and if he didn't, then he have the obligation to return the money to participants.

The stretch goals that were already released, will return to gain from a base figure, all of them, you won't need to unlock them again.

So what the hell were you planning to do with our money that you got on KS??! :lmao:

GAMEZONE Communiqué, Saturday 30

We would like to inform you all about the present situation, after the pause of our Kickstarter project by Moon Design P. during the thanksgiving holiday, which is an administrative petition within Kickstarter.

Yesterday, Friday, at the start of the day, U.S. east coast time, we sent a letter to Kickstarter, LINK invoking our legitimate trademark rights so they would deactivate the pause and let us progress in the fund raising campaign. We are waiting for Kickstarter’s reply on this matter.

Simultaneously we, Gamezone and Moon Design P., had a reunion to discuss this issue face to face as and not email exchange as was what was happening up till now.

Moon Design P. solicited the pause in Kickstarter because of fear that Hasbro could act against Gamezone in our crowed funding because we are using an American company on American soil. Their argument was that Hasbro could act against them as well for not impeding us in this project. Even thought they are not in any way included in this project or affiliated with it.

If Kickstarter does not reactivate the pause taking into account our letter ( indicated above in the link), then it can only be reactivated if Moon Design P. asks them to. For Moon Design P. to do so they are asking for two things: An official letter from Hasbro in which it states that they, Hasbro, will neither act against our HQ25th nor Moon Design P. They, Moon Design P., have also demanded a considerable sum and percentages from the Kickstarter project.

If we wait for Hasbro to make a declaration, which we can solicit, weeks or even months could pass. With that our production and creation calendar would be severely affected, as not having the funding to continue the campaign.

If the Campaign does not restart soon, the HQ25th will not be ready for Christmas 2014. It will not be ready to celebrate its anniversary.

There exist 3 possible solutions to this conundrum.

    1.    Kickstarter reactivates the project attending to our petition
    2.    Wait for Hasbro to declare that they are not against this crowed funding campaign of HQ25th en Kickstarter (an American Company).
    3.    Immediately move the crowed funning to a platform within Europe, where no risks of legal repercussions exist.

Option one; we can only wait, we cannot be sure that Kickstarter will lift the pause. We cannot influence their decision any more than we have already.

Option two; Hasbro is not obligated to do anything at all.

Option three; here there is no risk, except of course we will raise less funds, no other platform out there at this moment has the same public pull as  Kickstarter.

Why are we telling you this? As our backers, what would you like us to do?

Better than most soap operas  and 28 days more action to go if this hurdle is overcome!

If you were to do a KS, Andy, im sure you'd include some pictures of your great sculpts all ready to go into plastic. It would be clear what people are getting - these sculpts, made in plastic.

I only pledge when I am clear about what im getting. Its all well and good saying "we are going to make this model, this miniature and this scenery" flash some drawn concept images and 4/100 renders in a video. But i dont know what 96% of the minis look like, and thats the main thing that sells it for me.

They could easily have waited 2 months and started a kickstarter then, showing the model range, closeups of each component, overview of how the rules have changed...

Gamezone make minis, not write rules. Im worried their rules wont play as well as the original game.

Their KS is full of grammar mistakes, spelling mistakes
KS 1st line ... say what?
We don't discover anything if we say that there was a 'before' and an 'after' in our lives after meeting HeroQuest.
Will the rulebook be full of such gems? "Character's Pertinent control sheets" doesn't have the same ring to it as Character Sheets...

All said, Ill likely back it in the end, but im going to wait until some updates come out and they can assure us someone who's first language is English is proofreading the rulebook!

For a miniatures game there are surprisingly few pictures of actual miniatures. :paranoid2:

I hate backing an idea

Sounding very Terry Prattchet, wizard flushed his pet demon down the toilet :P

Made a rock fall, since the HQ rockfall card isnt a very convincing blockage. Going to sharpen some details and add some cracks to it before i stick it on my SLA printer

Was thinking treasure chests next.

Wow. They look much better than the ones I painted. Goes me a warm fuzzy feeling :)
Glad you like them Beefy :D Surprisingly fast to paint with an airbrush. Did like 35 tiles so far in perhaps 3 hours. Its the highlights by hand which takes the time :/

(That's what the kids say now, right?)
Only the ones with ASBOs ;)

Was thinking of supplying lasercut squares of rubber to go on the bottom of each tile, so they grip to smooth tables and dont scratch your woodwork. Although I dunno if people will want to pay any more for rubber, may add it as an upgrade option. :P Cant go wrong with upgrades.

Got a winged version of John Pickford's demon to paint too now too. What he's doing in a sewer is going to take some backstory explaining...

Finally have stuff to show :D Beefcakes sewer system is sorted at last (sorry so slow mate)

Hoping to be expanded with bridges, sewer gates and a few more tiles this winter.

And got the doors and hatches for vanilla dungeons finished

Now i just need to paint up a lot more rats to populate this sewer. I have some water effects to add to the other tiles, but ill post a finished picture of the system when its all done. Now to order some more mead and get a few games :D

Everything is available on the webstore!/~/category/id=6272031&offset=0&sort=normal if you want a set :D
