Suggestions:

(top/ left + bottom/ right probably would work better on vehicles. For some strange reason I kept thinking of bus seats while drawing the patterns)

I really like this one Inso. I like the colours scheme and I think that together with the pattern used, won't look too 'messy' on a gaming table. I think I'd have a headache with all this other crazy patterns

I know how tiny they are, got four or five of them primed (patiently waiting to be painted).
The schemes definitely would have to be seriously simplified or you'd end up with a nasty headache and and chipped teeth from biting off tiny grymn heads in a fit of frustration. Was more an idea to use angular 'blobs' and possibly lines instead the more common roundish blobs.

Definitely not angular and mostly blue (and mainly posted 'cause the colours are nice), but probably not too complicated to replicate on multiple minis:

A new concept for camo. You can spot them from ten miles away, but the pattern and colours are so disgusting you can't help but close your eyes. It may work.

I like the way that the officer has actual cammo that would aid "blending in" but actually sticks out more due to the guys around him. Is it me or do they not seem that scary either?!!!

Maybe you have to earn the right to wear normal cammo by dodging enough bullets to become an officer at which point its deemed you have worked hard enough to allow you to have some assistance in not being spotted in the first place?
