ok.... there were lots and lots of pics so i grouped a few of them together and scaled the file down to around 350kb rather than the several mbs that the single photos take up.... i can post bigger individual pics if you want... i might anyway now theres this thread question do we need to still email photos or just post them here now right, so my DOD is pretty much self explanatory i hope basically a team have just gone through the gate to meet a tiny welsh alien who has asked for their help WIP seen here

Nice one Grek, well thought out little scene you have there. Your painting has also come on in leaps and bounds and i like the statues that kinda match Newton. The best part is definately that Stargate though, that's a cracking piece of model making!

Excellent Nice and simple, but saying quite a lot. That Stargate's very cool. Are the symbols random, or have you actually worked a message into them?

The coordinates to the land of the fabled banana...... ? Nice work Grek ! did anyone spot the camouflaged banana hiding in the trees Rather than just copying the dotted chevron symbols straight from the Atlantis stargate, i decided to do my own, you can't really see them clearly enough but i remember doting G R E K W O O D and D O D in there and the rest were just random dotted letters like Y U and H F B S etc i don't think i did bananas Nice one Grek, well thought out little scene you have there. Your painting has also come on in leaps and bounds and i like the statues that kinda match Newton. The best part is definitely that Stargate though, that's a cracking piece of model making! the statues i found in the gift shop at Caldicot castle and thought i've got put them in my DOD pictures The Stargate was very stressful to make, and i almost gave up, and even though it's not an accurate Stargate and not as good as i had in visioned, i'm quite pleased with it. Hi Gareth I love the scene you have put together, it fits the whole stargate universe so well!! I'm really impressed thank you Yay! What a cool DOD. Grats on the StarGate Grek - all your hard work has paid dividends Awesome job thank you Grek, that is really, really excellent. I like it a lot. Many congratulations, mate! thank you Bigger pics of the minis please!
this comment will not be tolerated ............................ i added some more pictures just for you Thanks for your positive comments guys..... i'm really looking forward to seeing everyones DOD's

Excellent stuff, Grek! Nice scene, well laid out, definitely some "mad construkshun skillz" on that Stargate and by far and away your best paintjobs on here to date. Cracking!

As a Stargate fan I must say that I like this DOD a lot! It really looks like the tv series, and the story is very self-explanatory, which is what a diorama should be all about. For a first diorama you've been ambitious, and you've lived up to the expectations. Job's a good un!

I doubt we will need it as it means everyone can see what has been entered. just saves on the email sending.
