Jen is deffinitely the best of the four.  The detail in the hair is lovely.

The only awkward thing is that Jen's arrow seems to be the wrong side of the bow for that drawing motion. Other than that they look great :).

If she loaded it and then lowered the bow then she'd want a thumb to hold the arrow in place (lacking) otherwise it might flap about and get out of position a bit. If she'd lwoered the bow to load the low way, then she'd be wanting to place the arrow on the outside as lowering it and trying to slip it through would be to much bother.

I did notice that shadow/light on the bow near the hand indicating a ridge and change of surface but couldn't tell if it was a bulge like some crappy fake toy bow (all the toy bows I've ever seen, used and had never had a hle through the middle but I've seen a few pictures of some hideous plastic things) or thew bow tapering to a thinner grip (thus allowing a ridge to rest the arrow n). And the bow on the other side of the hand isn't visible enough to tell which it is.

At least there's no backwards belt buckles or anything :).

yeah i know what .....

i had a fake toy bow with a hole though the middle and arrows with sucker thingys that i used to lick then fire them at windows..... they never stuck to the window they just bounced

perhaps the reason for making her hold the arrow in that pose was because of some sculpting or casting reason... only kev knows the answer

I had a propper toy bow made with a bendy stick and some string and you know those green garden sticks? Those were my arrows (but sharpened at one end with a pencil sharpener and with a notch cut in the other with a hacksaw).

Whenever there's some more of the kiddies added to the range, I wonder how you'd feel if someone zombiefied them (referring to the minis obviously) because I quite often think if I ever bought some I'd probably do just that. Simply not enough undead little ones out there.

He's right. I used to do archery, many years ago. If you hold the bow in your left hand then the arrow should run over the left index finger. Also (just realized, sorry  :() Jen's right hand should be palm out, otherwise when the bow is raised the thumb would be at the bottom, rather than the top, which is the proper way to do it.

That aside these are some lovely sculpts and I'll certainly get them some time.

Hey Balgin, is it just me or do Jen and Luke look rather like trainee Kai Lords?

Probably in a group if previous simultaneous kiddy sculpts are anything to go by. There are a few zombie hunter exeptions 'though but these look like a group since they share a common theme.

Sorry, I missed this first time round.

They're all on a sprue together, so unless we have loads of moulding issues they'll be sold as one.

Great

Are we allowed to know the price yet? Or do we need to wait (incase of a rare cash that in changes etc)
