Hi Sally thanks for the concern
No joy with them at the moment i kept getting not until the second week in January, can only supply 1 carer at this time or sorry not taking on new clients.
So i am thinking of giving up work and taking the care over my self i just have to work out if it is worth it.

Been to the doctors and the news isnt good sometime this year I will be going in for surgery on my kidney

but the plus side is that you have 2 kidneys.. also the meds they give you post-op are amazing!

@ Roger B thanks m8 looks like a 6 month waiting list to see the surgical consultant and then probably a 2 to 4 month wait for surgery.
@ Libertee Depending on what the doc thinks they may be able to save some of the kidney so that will be 1 and a half.

Doctor: oh yes you appear to have a high pain threshold just keep doing what your doing now and we'll see.

The woes of having separated from the wife, not seeing the children and the aforemntioned ex wife involving the police so that I am now on caution since 4th December and wont find out what is happening until the 14th...thn finding out that the charges are absolute bumfudge but the solicitor (most likely quite right too) has told me not to let myself be interviewed unless they wish to press charges....but I want to tell them how she is a nut case, lives in a fantasy world and even have documented evidence to prove it.

In the mean time she has all but bankrupted me and I have only managed to pay the mortgage through some quick actions and keep the house afloat for the kids to stay in whilst I am in the spare room of my Mam (ogd bless her)

Now with 280 miles distance looks like I could be at risk of losing my job and the house and ...well everything so it is pretty bumfudge

Sounds like a horrible situation, indeed. Your solicitor is right. Don't say anything. Even totally innocent things can be taken out of context or whatever. There was a video I saw with a US lawyer telling a class about all that kind of stuff and the guest speaker, a cop, agreed with him.

That sounds like my idea of hell, Karl. Good luck with it and take all the advice you can from professionals and listen to it. I disregarded some advice given to me recently and it backfired badly.

I am sorry Karl, that sounds really awful. It is really frustrating when you are accused of things you havent done but you arent believed even with physical evidence and witnesses to back your story. My thoughts are with you.

Many thanks Sally, Kev and Roger, time will tell I have to appear on closure of bail next Friday so fingers crossed. I have more evidence should I be charged from my Wifes mother and Father so not all is lost...it is really the wiaitng that is the pain so I can then move on. I am missing the kids and this is the major worry as to waht will happen with them.. but small steps I keep telling myself

@lowtardog that sounds awul mate. Keep strong and stay the course and I'll cross everything that it all works out poitively for you in the long term and is not too traumatic for you in the meantime.

One of my colleagues crashed her car on the way into work this morning - she skidded on a corner rolled it over and took someones wall out. She was unhurt and managed to get out the passenger side and luckily my boss was behind her when it happened - what pi**ed me off was apparently of the 5 or 6 cars behind them, not one of them stopped to see if everyone was ok.

There were bits of car all over the road and people drove round gawped and kept going - what the hell is wrong with people !?

That sucks. Have see and heard of that quite often. People just drive past the person in distress, secure in their little boxes.

She is fine - the airbags did their job !
None of the roads were gritted round here last night and there have been 2 accidents in more or less the same spot in the last 3 months.
Oh and her car was booked in for an MOT in the morning - I think it might fail now !

I don't want to be the voice of dispassion here, and i don't know the specific circumstances, but in most instances if you are able to proceed you're encouraged to do so to keep the traffic flowing. If all of those people stopped then you'd effectively stop the road, and once one or two people are present another 4-5 are unlikely to help you.

clearly if no-one stopped then i think you can be aggrieved at their lack of compassion.

Life, life pi**es me off. Running around working your butt off to do the best for your family and those around you and other taking the P**s.

Wanting to sleep but having to get up because others are relying on you

the Govt and its regulations/taxes that strangle small companies.

'Jobsworths' who know they are wrong but wont admit it because they dont have to.

Selfish lazy people

People who know they are in the wrong but fail to apologise

People moaning how badly off they are just because they havent got 'the latest, must have in a particular colour so i can show off to my mates' gadget .... when others struggle to pay bills ... did you know poverty isnt just about whether you can provide food, it is also measured here in the UK on what the average person has...so if the average person has 3 tv's in their house then a family with only 1 tv can be classed as in poverty! Thats just daft. Also each change of government moves this boundary to fit into god knows whatever they are going to preach i spose. Children actually grow up believing that not having the latest toy/label of clothing means they are deprived!

People that dont accept reponsibility for their actions ... they pay lip service to a task and then whinge and moan when getting caught out not doing what they were supposed to be doing or what they said they were going to do ... then you feel bad because you have made them feel bad for not doing something!

Good news the Police rang and CPS are not pursuing the case and I have nothing to answer for and bail is now closed out....this has been 7 weeks of absolute fear and hell but now I can start to move forward
