Being asked to play in a "friendly" game.... I and my wife both bring along reasonable armies and find ourselves facing the most overpowered monstrosity ever!!! We get our butts handed to us, we mange to wipe out 2 of the regiments our "friendly" opponent throws a tantrum then procedes to go into overkill and totally erases our two forces all the while with an evil grin and what can only be described as a victory dance :jawdrop: followed by "ha ha ha how does it feel?"  :eatlead: :explodinghead:

Well, just think, you only had to experience him for a few hours, he's got to live with himself 24/7.

Why would he want a rematch if he bet you? Well I say bring the most super-over-powered army of your own and a hammer and whenever you beat one of his units smash it with the hammer and say to him "How does it feeeeeeeel?!!!"

i don't understand why you would want to play against someone like that, for them to say a friendly match and bring a overpowered army, then throwing a tantrum when you start getting an upper hand   let me guess 40k/warhammer?

The last two days training on the upgraded till systems at work - we had to travel 40 miles to another site and spend 6 hours on both days training - it took me 15 minutes to get the hang of it ! (after half an hour their straff all buggered off for a smoke break and left me and my mate in charge !) I then proceeded to "streamline" their working practises for them only to be told "no no no it has to be done this way " - by my calculations they would be saving about an hour a shift but they didn't want to know ! :scratchhead:
On the bright side we found a very nice roadside burger van which did egg & bacon rolls with half a pigs worth of bacon in them for only 2.50.  Result !
Heaven doesn't want me. Hell is afraid i will take over !

Not ALL cat owners are so irresponsible. My cat stays in and isn't allowed to roam the neighborhood looking for prey and places to crap.

When was the last time you heard of a cat attacking a small child and leaving them with horrific injuries...

my mates lil lad ross came so close to loosing his eye from a cat scratch...... 3 surgeries later they managed to save it.......... all cats should be drown at birth

:P Ouch.

What really pisses me off'd have to be dropping the tiny pieces of plastic onto my floor because they are never, and I mean NEVER where they land. I mean seriously, how can they bounce on that rug of mine?!?

The Bitz Gobbo has somethin' to do with it, I bet.  :paranoid:

a bit extream at both ends, there are plenty of good cats out there, and plenty of misbehaved ones (read as: down right nasty lil vermin) ive owned both types, but ive never raised any from kittens as i tend to  (or did tend to) gather in strays from all over at one point, the bad ones were almost always abused, so i tend to blame owners rather than animals. (yes i know there are exceptions)

for my 2 cents no animal should be left with a child unsupervised, period, as animals are all a bit unpredictable no matter how well behaved they seam, (and can you really really blame them? there not humans but they do have moods and feelings)

currently weve been looking into getting a dog for the kids, and my first though was a lab....   well the wife did a little seaching and it turns out that labs are just as bad for mauling kids as any other (shocked a bit about this actually) so now were looking into a dispos-o-pet like a guinnee pig or something till they  are older or till i get a structure built to house a dog.

i guess ive wandered a bit in the writing, sorry.

I wouldnt recommend a guinea pig or a hamster as if both bite their jaws lock around the digit I know as a hamster bit me right through my litle finger and the ruddy things jaws lock result one dangling rodent, one yelling human equals neighbours in stitches.
