When my bank phones me up on a Sunday...not just once but four times in half a hour. Firstly the person the end of the phone couldn't even pronounce my name, let alone understand what I was saying to them....unprintable..

Now the whole point of these calls was to ask if I wished to upgrade my cards...no, I'm already at the highest level. So these calls where not necessary at all if somebody had checked the computer system.
But wait...it's a Sunday, are the banks open Sunday are they BLEEP! BLEEP! BLEEP! as like. I mentioned this to the last caller, if the banks aren't open Sunday or for that matter until 9pm what the f*** gives them the right to invade my house with phone calls...question wasn't understood..asked again & again, a manager is asked for. At last, the answer I got was it's because we're a bank...infact they never gave me a response that satisfied my query.
So I have got Monday off now...the poor girls on customer services at Lloyd's...this time it's going to be short & sweet, give me my money I no longer wish to bank with you....so there.
