Mirlo asked for some WIPīs...so hereīs mine. This is as far as I am after the first 3 hours of painting:

Those colours have been highlighted beautifully, and it'll be interesting to see what you do colour wise with the rest of the model. Good luck in the competition, buddy!

Thanks! I hadnīt worked with large black areas before and really like the look,too. But black is a pain in the a** to paint...

Painting the blade in NMM was horrible... :shock:
Apart from some tweaks and a nice basing my entry is nearly completed....  :mrgreen:
