Man U held an 80's themed party. Giggs arrived in a Cavalier, Scholes showed up in a Sierra, and Rooney came in an escort.

Most of them follow the form:
"What's a pirates' favourite element?

Aaaaaaarrrrr-gon. Though they're also fond of the element of surprise".

Jonathon Ross claims to be a film expert, but thinks Chewbacca was an ewok.

Wookiee mistake.

Seems a guy makes a rolling stop at a  stop sign, and gets pulled over by a local deputy sheriff.
Driver hands the deputy his driver's license, insurance verification, plus his concealed carry permit.
"Okay, Mr. Green," the deputy says, "I see your CCW permit.  Are you
carrying today?"
"Yes, I am."
"Well then, better tell me what you got."
Green says, "Well, I got a .357 magnum revolver in my inside coat pocket.
There's a 9mm semi-auto in the glove box.  And, I've got a .22 magnum
derringer in my right boot."
"Okay," the deputy says.  "Anything else?"
"Yeah, back in the trunk, there's an AR15 and a shotgun.  That's about it."
"Mr. Green, are you on your way to or from a gun range...?"
"Nope."
"Well then, what are you afraid of....?"
"Not a damned thing...."

Snopes article.

There's some subtle dogwhistle in the fake article, too:

Snopes version: "According to police, store security personnel approached the suspect, 39-year-old Tracey Attaway of Wanesboro, Georgia..."

Faked version: "...a store manager [...] told police he observed a male customer, later identified as Tyrone Jackson of Augusta..."

It would be good if it were true, but of course it's too good to be true.

Any Lone Ranger fans out there will appreciate this story.  I used to watch it as a kid.  Jay Thomas can tell a funny story...
