If you doing Angel Boris then it would have to be Kev's daemon then, it's Heresy vs Hasslefree.
There's this guy of Kev's.

I think I will get into this one. I have had an idea for a while that needs to be made.

The pics can be posted publicly - we'd prefer it as it gets everyone excited and gives those taking part inspiration to complete the diorama they're working on. The idea is to start something new - everyone starts from the same mark that way.

Can you include minis from other manufacturers?  See, I've already planned a diorama around a certain Hasslefree mini using minis from tacticalminiatures (and acquired most of what I need).  I could work in some Hasslefree minis to my plan, but it would be hard to execute without the tm's.

I was thinking it would be a nice touch to keep the entire thing in house so to speak. That way they get all the money for the figures ordered. Afterall they are both in the middle of some sort of move.

Do you see Tactical Miniatures supporting us sales wise via the FOD? No... ;)

Keep the HF vs TM idea for another diorama, and stick with the HF vs HM theme as per the contest!

They have to all be fully painted?

And based as well?!

That's me ruled out then :(. Actualy, I did a small scenic base a few years back for general wargaming. Could I just stand some mini's on it and take a photo or do you want them to actualy be incorporated into the base?

If I feel able to enter I think I'll revive my "stand and deliver!" idea :). That dwarf with the guns and the hobbit with his face covered up and bag of coins are just perfect for a stickup (now I'll need to incorporate some HF stuff too, kiddies, probably work the best in this situation).

Does it have to be "versus?"  Can't we all just get along?  Can't you see Boris and Kalee, holding hands, enjoying a lovely sunset together?

This is so cool! I have two dioramas ready at the moment that are PERFECT for this contest. The first most of you probably have seen (Sludge Gulper and Kristian). The other one is actually assembled for more than two months now (but never had time to paint it). Here are pictures of the assembly:

So basically Sebastian the adventurer is walking through a cave and the HUGE Heresy spider is creeping from the back, moments before striking. Will the veteran see it coming...or will he be the spiders lunch...?

Only thing that I'm still not sure about...source lighting or not for the second?! I do think that the scene may look awesome with source lighting...but it will be a major P.I.T.A...all those weird curves and shapes of that spider (and the dreadful shadows it will produce) will make it a horror to do...but if I don't, then you guys probably think I'm a sissy ;)

@Balgin
Make recess's for the stands in the base and do the stands so the tie in with the base.

Sorry, just using a down with the kids hip-hop 'vs' there: It looked better than '+'. It can be versus or plus. As long as the central story revolves around HF and HM figs.

It has to be small enough that you can take a photo of it. ;)

I've given it some more thought, and I think I can work it with just the Heresy minis.  I just have to scale it down a bit, but I can then ramp it up by adding more cops later.
Comps are my only real motivator so if I'm ever going to get this done, I need the extra incentive.

p.s.  props from other manufacturers are okay, right?  The are necessary to set the scene - particularly the toy that just came in my McDonalds Happy Meal.

There should be no problem using whatever you want for the base.

Take pictures of the finished figure's before you attach them to the base.
