I think the long coat would be better suited to Kat as she has more motion in the pose for a "Flaring" coat....

Look better, but a bugger to cast reliably.

I think I know which film you mean and I haven't watched it (and didn't know the character's name although I did vaguely know there was a catsuit and two pistols involved).

I did think of Celine Dionne but couldn't work out how that would connect with anything and the annoying "blond ozzy girl with her black eyebrows that just made her look so fake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was a lot easier to connect to this miniature.

And god i'm retarded sometimes...Dionne i get it (doh!)

No seriously, Dionne is just making me think of that stupid character from stupid neighbours when my stupid mother, stupid sister and stupid brother got obsessed with watching stupid neighbours at stupid mealtimes forcing us to watch the stupid thing too!

Ooh, that's unlucky. Thankfully, my family has always been a Simpsons fan, and when I was younger, a Fresh Prince after that and Trek after that.

Why paranoid? Does she look like you? I'd always imagined you shorter with less PVC and fewer guns.

Eureka! Celine/Selene... I finally got it; it took me a few hours!

Paranoid in that they're usually based on someone and everybody but me immediately catches the resemblance (like Amoy... I could have banged my head for not noticing after someone posted the comparison pic!)

She looks nothing like me, by the way... except the haircut; that's almost exactly the same. I don't know whether I'd be shorter than her or not, and the PVC and guns points could easily be corrected... but alas, I would fool no one!
My miniature alter ego would be Libby, I guess... although eight years ago or so, it would have been Svala...

Kev, just a question; why do none of your HF female figures have actual lips? I'm sitting here looking at some of your Warmachine figures, and they do have lips. I just think the lack really detracts from the figure - I know it made  finishing painting my HF barwench an absolute nightmare.

So, I'm just curious if there's any logic behind it?

Thanks!

I bet PP asked Kev to give their miniatures big lips :p. Also the PP models are in a larger scale than the Hasslefree miniatures (PP is close to 35 but you could just about call it 30 whilst HF is 25). With smaller models there is less room for details unless you want to exagerate them and sometimes you just don't want to do that.

I hadn't noticed the "No Lips Hasslefree" syndrome. I'll keep an eye on it. It might be the eariler sculpts you're on about though.

Release date for Dionne is the last Monday in January, whatever date that is.
