some of my hasslefree miniatures
« on: October 06, 2016, 12:19:33 PM »
Hi,
First of all sorry for my english, hope you'll understand what I'll be saying.
I'm new to this forum but not to Hasslefree as I've been a customer/fan for about 10 years ! I've got a nice collection of these miniatures but only a dozen are painted. That's something I really want to fix and will try to focus on my Hasslefree miniatures more than what I did in the past.
I started this topic just to show you my paintings, so here are the minis :

Hope you'll like them !

I do like them.  Thanks for posting, and welcome aboard.  I particularly like your work on Eve.  She looks awesome.  Excellent warm tones color scheme.  They all look great, but she's my favorite of the bunch.
Cult of Inevitable Decay painted:  93/123 (Heresy), 22/22 (non Heresy)

What was that universal greeting?  "Bah weep, grah nah weep, ninny bong!"  Hot Rod, Transformers: The Movie

I have a tweeter thing now.  I might even use it.  @leadpaintshed if I can figure out how to

Very nice. My favourite is the sci-fi soldier. Nice work and welcome!

Thank you for your messages.
I've got a few more stuff in stock, but I'm waiting some basing material to finish them properly.
About the sci-fi soldiers, I plan to paint each of them in a different colour scheme and basing. The next one is already based, he's gonna be yellowish on a dark lunar ground.
As I said I really want to paint my HF minis on a regular basis and so I will update this topic with new minis from time to time.

Here's one more mini :

I always have some troubles painting metallic armour but well, I'm still quite happy the way she looks in the end. HF are so beautifully sculpted that even with a simple painting, the result is always satisfying I think.
Here I'm thinking about adding a little something though, maybe on the base, maybe a little freehand on the cape, maybe both. But I'm not sure and need to think about it. Tell me if you have some nice ideas ;-)

You have a great clean style.

They all work well, but especially on the Sci Fi soldier.  It gives a 'graphic novel' look that really works.

Nicely done.

Thank you for your interest in these miniatures !
One more :

I will just add some bird or raven on the base and it will be done.
I need to take pictures without flash too, but for that I must find a lightbox or something.
See you next time !

EDIT :
Here's a little group picture of all the 25mm base miniatures seen in this topic :

Hi guys, thank you for your messages !
I just received my miniatures from the HF's kickstarter (gorgeous as usual !) a few days ago and it kind of motivated me to finish a new one :

I like her hair. A nice vignette as well. It really tells a small part of a much bigger story! :)

Thank you.
I've just finished that one, the highlights are too weak (as usual on my miniatures) so maybe I could try to improve that (but it's the hardest part lol) :

Too bad the forum is almost dead, it would have been very cool to see how people are painting the kickstarter minis  :(

EDIT :
I add this one :
