Contacting Hasslefree
« on: August 04, 2015, 08:49:35 PM »
Long time customer here, so I'll prefix this post by saying that I'm sure everything will turn out ok

What's the best way to contact Hasslefree? I have an order query that I've emailed info@ and admin@ about, but haven't had a response in 12 and 7 days respectively.

I don't do Facebook, which only leaves me asking here. Are they on holiday, or are they still having website problems (although that seems fine now).

Thanks

Just to update this.

I got an email from Hasslefree yesterday.

As I suspected, there had indeed been a problem with my order - it had accidently been marked as dispatched, when it should have been marked as on hold because of a figure that wasn't in stock.

Problem's resolved, and i'll get the figures when the model comes back into stock.

Customer service as it should be done
