What's the best way to contact Hasslefree? I have an order query that I've emailed info@ and admin@ about, but haven't had a response in 12 and 7 days respectively.
I don't do Facebook, which only leaves me asking here. Are they on holiday, or are they still having website problems (although that seems fine now).
