July releases and WIP
« on: July 12, 2014, 04:47:18 PM »
Assorted bits and pieces in the webshop now or very shortly:

Wall sets - 4, 5 and 6' wall sections at 1/55. Double sided detail, complete with capping strips.

Mushroom forest - 8 heads, 8 stalks, all interchangeable, varying between 25 and 40mm tall.

40mm Sulaco:Hive bases in a really crap pic taken in a rush before they went into rubber

New giant sizes of Sulaco in DS and chamfer flavours - 70 and 80mm diameters. More imminent!

60mm clear flight bases - typical of a custom cutting job that's then added to the shop as a standard item.

Offset flight stands as supplied with the new Giant Hornet model and available separately. More sizes wanted?

Incoming from Jack/Lazy Forger - Innsmouth Cobblestone panels, with reversible detail and edging strips/manholes/gutters all to be added...

Last month's Troll King release shown with a 28mm Bronze Age mini for scale.

Coming soon down the line later this year now I've finally got plans ;)

Too many ideas....way too little time.

I freakin' love those mushrooms. Gonna be creating an alien swamp board at some point with those babies in place of trees, methinks.

How tall and how thick are these Mr Brumby?

22,28 and 32mm tall respectively; varying thickness between 4 and 6mm (double sided).

More new stuff: Doom Rider shields:

Also, there's a new section on the website: Component parts. Separately available bits from other kits for your own builds and conversions: eg. chimneys, stairs, doors, etc. More to come (and happy to add more by request if there's a particular bit you're after...)

Better view of the modular Innsmouth Cobblestone panels:

I expect I will end up ordering some next time I order, my brother has gone mad for mushrooms as part of the old school thing and while he has sculpted a few this will save a lot of work and dicking around with greenstuff though I did think I had found a use for the old GW round flying bases.

I really want some lots of those mushrooms and the Ducktown Water Wheel.  Wonder if I can sneak it in under the radar.

I have a tweeter thing now.  I might even use it.  @leadpaintshed if I can figure out how to

Starter packs of the modular cobblestones are in the webshop now - from small basing sets to tabletop/town square covering 400 x 500mm (ish) bundle packs....

Youtube video demoing the multi-fit tesselation is here

(standard 30mm DS base shown there for scale).

Just straight wide/narrow sets for now - Jack will be working on curves, crossroads, gutter/sewer panels (with interchangeable sewer covers), streetlamp holders, etc. and has already designed laser-cut carcasses to fit our existing Innsmouth Terraces - so you'll soon be able to model an entire town square....
