I have stuff to show that i'm proud of but showing it will spoil the surprise and the joke of the reveal... should I...?

Publish pictures now and bask in the awe but spoil the surprise?

And now the final hurdle.... Photography.
:tantrum:

Problem 1. This doesn't fit in my light tent.
Problem 2. Finding a clear backing sheet big enough!
Problem 3. Getting the whole thing in focus!
 :swear:

I had a plan to make a short video of this on a revolving turntable with interspersed close ups and all sorts. However I seem to have left it a little late to learn Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

So you're going to get a dozen still shots and then at a later date I shall try and do it justice with the bells and whistles.

Oh... but for the best pictures i have to wait until it gets dark ...

You got to get at least one picture up before noon, though... that's the deadline.

Make haste! For the badger parade starts in but half a minute.

It's perfectly fine to buy, clean, assemble and prime the miniatures now. However all modifications and conversions will have to wait until the competition 'officially' starts on the 24th September 2013. The competition will run until 24th Dec 2013 12 o'clock/ high noon/ midday/ whatever else you want to call it GMT.
I'd fall on my knees and beg for mercy from the judges if I were you, Brandlin

In Ink's absence, I am sure that we can all turn a blind eye to 22 minutes ;).

Ummm... ok. Just this once!  :silly

You've already got useful pix of the side pocket diorama you can use.

My ENORMOUS APOLOGIES to the organisers. Completely my fault for not reading the instructions properly.

I have just added 25 pictures to my blog. Rather than try and copy them all there... i'd be pleased if oyu click here to check them out.

Good lord, that is seriously impressive! So much work... it's a really gorgeous piece! The concept is great, and the execution is even better. You should be very proud! (^_^)
