Post-war cars, anyone?

Hi,

It's no secret that I'm a big fan of Crooked Dice's &TV rules (the system is highly playable and the setting appeals to my love of The Avengers, The Prisoner, The Champions et al). I'd love to find some cars suitable for the period. Ideally I'd really like to find a couple of limousines suitable for games set in the mid-Sixties or so (so even 1950s ones would be fine). I appreciate the best bet is suitable diecasts, but that's an area I know precious little about. I don't want to break the bank on this (I've seen glorious Daimlers on eBay that would be ideal, but the seller wanted something like £40!) but I'm up for paying sensible prices. As I'll be repainting I have no problems with doing up 'scrap'. Any pointers would be appreciated.
