Just thought I'd send a Big Up to Ian and his crew for the excellent service that I have recently received from Fenris.
I ordered a Marauder that went missing in the post. I let Ian know and three days later a replacement arrived.
Excellent service and I'd like to express my thanks for sorting things out so quickly.
The companies on this forum should be held aloft as an example to some of the less helpful companies out there...one e-mail and things get sorted and not all companies are anywhere near as good as that!
...and the Marauder was excellent and had extra bits in the parcel...so a double 'YAY!' from me
