well parDON, I think mistakes like this probably occurred before the internet. I guess I will just have too except the fact that I make mistakes to.

yes, she is being cast. we had a problem with the resin colour as the suppliers sent Grey Matter a new type of blue pigment and our stuff turned out looking like cheap plastcs. i will speak to grey matter again today and see how many of them are already cast and will update later

UPDATE: Sub masters are done, Tim is putting on the production moulds today to cure over the weekend and then Mark (Grey Matter) is going to start running them on monday.

Resin colour is now sorted out. It is a slightly darker shade than the recent releases but still very nice and a good mid-tone to start with for painting

I'm actualy tempted to say wait another week/week and a half 'till you have more. Those lucky half dozen would probably be gone in under 18 hours and leave a lot of unhappy people grumbling about how you posted you ahd some and put them up but they were all gone before anyone had a chance to get some.

okay, am just doing the costings now but want to throw some ideas out to you guys.

The resin 40mm Kalee has two left hand options (severed head and shield) and two right hand options (living axe and sword) . We were planning on selling her as one body with all of the options included (and also a scabbard for her belt) giving you 4 hand combinations (head+axe, head+sword, shield + axe, Shield + sword)

She will be sold as described above, however the dilemma is should we provide an option where you can have an extra body/scabbard so you can make 2 complete models?

That's a tempting offer. Not sure about that one. What kind of base will she come with? If it's a sculpted base then that's an extra base you'd need to throw in too. I thought you were going to do one of those deals that Avatars of War do where you can buy the same miniature with different arm combinations as different price codes (and of course the two arms you want are in diffeent packs). I whole heartedly approve of not setting up one of those deals. Offering two bodies with the two pairs of arms is nice but I'm not sure I'd ever want the other variant arm combinations so it'd have to be an alternate/separate deal. And cost a considerable ammount more, obviously.

I can see the "spare bits for completion" deal being a good one but don't know if I'd go for it myself.
