In many ways for me getting married was a huge relief. I have always had a 'grand plan' but also realised patience was needed.

Lucy puts up with my hobby very admirably. We bought the house we have deliberately because it had an integrated converted garage for me to keep all of my 'toys and junk'. It needs tidying at the moment but it is a nice space.

Kids are a little way off at the moment but I am 30 in March which to me means thinking about it is a must!

I seem to have been working to the point of not feeling like hobby stuff (a first for me  :( ). I did manage to get my first 7TV cast painted though (40% is Hasslefree; thanks Sally for putting up with odd, tiny orders).

I've been really busy with hobby stuff...mushrooms, fliers, robots...that sort of thing.  I'm waiting patiently for the two Grymn naval officers in the vain hope that they will get me to start painting my Urban Grymn...

...Well, that and my lad being in hospital, various difficult shifts at work, a detachment to Newcastle and various other set-backs like a good friend of mine getting compulsory redundancy...

...In fact, I'm amazed I've managed anything really (unfortunately, nothing from Hasslefree :().

Better get it finished. I have no doubt you'll have something you'll want to paint in less than two weeks

i am sure you wont have a problem getting commissions
A bank is a place where they lend you an umbrella in fair weather & ask for it back when it starts to rain.

most mornings i wake up grumpy.   sometimes i just let him sleep.

my life consists of brief snatched moments of living my life hidden deep among chaos, confusion& the  going crazy, every night i go to sleep filled with hope & enthusiasm for the new day coming.  then i wake up & think "here I go again" & just aim to survive.
