These are, presumably, two separate releases.  They come, then, with an identical body/legs but different head/backpack/arms options?  Or is the head fixed the body?  What options will come with each choice?

And why re-use an identical body/legs?  Could a little re-sculpting not have been done just to make them look a smidgen different below the neck?

Nope. As you said, the head is separate.

The guns pictured above. Hassle will come with the MP5SD and the L96, while Bergil will come with the G36c and P90.

It could, but I was only going to do two weapon choices for this set of legs in the first place and just got carried away and made four instead.

There are going to be at least seven more bodies before I'm finished and each one will have two weapon options and a unique head (which will be able to fit on all of the bodies). I really think that's enough for people to make a lot of different troopers, don't you? - Let alone give Sally a massive headache when it comes to sorting the stock drawers out to get them in the shop.

This makes me happy.  And more likely to buy the first two when I know they won't be looking all synchronized for long.  I can always convert them myself as long as it will just be the occasional one.
