Wrath of the Titans

Anybody else seen this?

Because if you haven't, save your money. It is simply awful.

Sorry but I have to disagree. It's not awful! It depends how you approach it.

It's a good popcorn flick that doesn't attempt to be anything more than it is. I sat back, enjoyed the thing and got my money's worth. IMAX version is amazing. A couple of hours of spectacle and brain candy. Nothing more.

Wish someone would sculpt up some good greek myth heroes for a Clash of the Titans style game. Really want to do heroes hunting Medusa in a labyrinth...
You'd be surprised how many older women want their photos taking with you when you dress up as Hagrid for a fancy dress party!

I don't think it's awful. I think it's just another big-budget, by-the-numbers action movie, with a script written as a reason to have fights and explosions first, and then plot and character fitted in somewhere in the gaps. I was starting to forget the details as soon as the film ended.

Well I wont be seeing it at the cinema, I will be raising it on my Lovefolm list I have nowt to loose there.  Certainly wont be bothering with 3D at the cenema, want all that crud to go away please...

If its anything like Clash of the Titans does that mean we spend the running time wishing for Harryhausen stop-motion animation.

Actually the special effects were good. I really liked the Cyclopes, best I have ever seen.

Plot and character development however were slightly below the level of an episode of Xena.
