This year we have decided to do something a bit different and bonus time is split into different 'bits'. We are running a bit late so it will start midnight GMT tonight (10th August 2009) RAFFLE TICKETYou need to place an order over £10 in value (including shipping). Each £10 value of the completed order (including shipping) will get one number entered into a summer bonus raffle. For example of your order comes to £30.25 you will get 3 numbers. A ticket will arrive with your order with the numbers on it. Keep it safe! The numbers are allocated onto a number sheet identified with order codes rather than names, this will then be cut up and placed into a dark box and it will be drawn on Monday 24th August at 10am GMT. The winner will be identified by their order number and the winners will be announced on the front page of the HF website after 10.30am GMT the same day. Judges decision is absolutely final. The prizes are thus:First Prize: The winner will receive one of each master castings of all figures produced between 1st August 2009 and 31st July 2010. They will be shipped as and when produced. Second Prize: This is one of each production castings released between 1st August 2009 and 31st July 2010. They will be shipped within a week of each new release. LOYALTY CARD HOLDERS: Regardless of order value, make sure you enter your loyalty card number at the bottom of your order form and state clearly one of the following: fantasy human / sci-fi human / fantasy other / sci-fi other/ pulp NON-LOYALTY CARD HOLDERS: With orders over £30 please state clearly one of the following options: fantasy human / sci-fi human / fantasy other / sci-fi other / pulp So to clarify.
Every order for Loyalty Card holders gets a free figure regardless of the order amount. Non-loyalty Card holders get a free figure when they place an order over £30.If you don’t have a loyalty card but are a member of the FOD then write your name in the 'comments' box and we will issue you with a loyalty card which can be used at the next promotion. GOODIE BAGS: Goodie bags will be automatically shipped with all orders over £30, with or without a loyalty card (see the above link if you haven’t encountered our 'goodie bags' before!) BOGOF: For you non-UK guys, this means 'buy one and get another one of the same kind absolutely free'. Due to the computers crashing earlier in the year and the resulting stock control problems we are overstocked on some of the ranges. Now we can either hold onto this overstocking for the next couple of years or give you guys the opportunity to pick up a bargain, and when better to do this than 'bonus time'. Tonight i will be adding extra codes onto some of the catalogue pages for these 'buy one get one free' figures. Obviously they aren’t all going to be Adventurers or fast-selling ranges but a good time to bulk out some troops or pick up a little something extra for your painting pile. If you are really cash-conscious you can give them away as presents for other people...they will never know! Oh. Alright. I will make a purchase.  But can I ship it to my workplace to avoid a wife-beating... Its been so long that £30 order should be easy... Apart from finding the money to actually pay for it!!! |

Out of interest, do we have to clarify? Can we opt for a 'pot-luck'? (Because quick frankly, I dont mind what I get as a freebie, and would happily receive something that might not normally get ordered?) I know, sorry, dont want to make it complicated. |

Bloomin' 'eck Sally..!And you wonder why you've never got any money. that is down to the 4 kids! the way the bonus time is structured this year is a way of us clearing out stock which will otherwise sit in the stock boxes for a fair while, it doesnt make us any money at all sitting on the shelf. and we really are overstocked on some codes, dont worry we arent losing money from this, we are boosting sales for codes that people might not necessarily buy as they dont have a particular use for that minis. it has been well thought out and costed based on last years bonus time sale values. the free figure for Loyalty card holders is something we always do...but usually it is just put into the goodie bag and you dont get a choice, this year we are giving you a limited choice. the masters are something that to us have no value other than spare metal, but sales of masters have shown us that people like to buy them so hopefully this is an incentive to buy something to get a raffle ticket. |

@ Dragon: I would say that goes against the bonus deal conditions... ...'not to be used in conjunction with any other offers/bonuses'. That doesn't stop us making orders normally and saving the bonus money for later  . |
