Had an lol today when I looked at the store page for Mullet. Below, in the 'also purchased' section, 5 of the 9 items are from my order.

Took the kids to London this weekend and spent the morning at the Science Museum and in the afternoon took them to Hamleys and let them buy stuff

I was in Hamley's on Wednesday and even though there is a lot there, I didn't really like the attention that the staff were dishing out or the 25% mark-up on everything.

I went all the way to the top floor because I knew there was a coffee shop there... and it had been replaced by a sweet shop!

But I did enjoy the day

Odd. Last time we were there we were looking at Schleich dinosaur figures. They were less than half the price they were anywhere round here. One of the staff overheard us commenting on the prices (and discussing which to buy) and said something like "I know. Every time we get a delivery I query the price with head office and they tell me that's what they want to sell them at!" We left with a real bargain for my Hollow Earth Expeditions games.

One of my first minis (well within the first 50 at least) was bought at Hamleys, Grenadier Red Dragon I think.

I'm happy because ]It's my birthday and My class were super-nice to me. It's the first time that it has ever been in the school term time while I've been a teacher and I was given about 6 gifts. I'm really glad my class has a sense of humour though. One kids gave me a pack of noodles(my staple when it's the end of the week), another gave me a Barbie doll! I was cracking up.

I did find several bargains in the Hornby and Scalextrix (sp?) ranges, but unfortunately I wasn't there for me. We did buy Mouse Trap and played that together on Sunday evening. Its a bit different than I remember as a kid, but its still a fun game to play!

Did my fire fighting course today and got 100% - caught a know it all out who I noticed looking at my answers during the test at the end - I wrote a few wrong ones in then changed them after he had a good look. He only got 60% - funny that !

Only got tonight to do at work then 4 days off - Salute saturday !

16 days off! Sooooooooooo tired. With my daughter waking us up at 5:30 every morning I'm really glad for this break from work. Time to work on some minis!

and about 3 days ago I managed to buy a second hand copy of Heroquest for $NZ 50. A good deal. Apparently it is a complete set with a worn box. Hopeully it lives up to expectations.

Today, happiness comes from the fact that I have only one more day before my weekend. Hopefully I will have the chance to finish my version of HF's 'Paige'. Of which I've not seen another even started.

Maybe mine will be the first. Whatever happens, I'm tremendously proud of the paint work I've done with her. I think all that is left is the base actually.

Well i started back to work last monday

have been to tired to post . highlight of this week so far got layed off

so six weeks of 1 week back then get the sorry story as it's cheaper to get in than run our own fleet bull. SO ANDY if you move Heresy down to northampton and want a part time lacky with a 7.5 ton licence let me know

job seeking here we come and half years since the last go.
