Glad to hear you weren't injured. That's a stroke of luck. Very fortunate that the in laws were there too.nice ending to that story.

I'm happy that my son didn't freak out yesterday when he had to have an endoscopy. He coped SOOOO well considering he has anxiety problems. And he didn't even complain about the six hour car trips there and back. I was expecting meltdowns for three days running.

Got to go on a course for work - for once I am quite looking forward to it as I get to play with fire extinguishers and petrol !

It's 4 days before Salute so if you see someone with a singed beard and burns it will probably be me !

I did one about 10 years ago - remember thinking you need to put more fuel on that car -it was only a Fiat after all !

By the way my nickname was Pyro many years ago - still get called it now 20 years later

I get to do the fire training every year... but only get to play with fire every three or four years.

It is quite empowering when yo approach a flaming pit with a fire extinguisher and put the flames out

Roll on next friday - 10 days off

I aim to finish the dragon ( yes - seriously this time ) and compile a shopping list for Salute plus a small Grymn project which started out of nowhere after a visit to a "cheap" shop........

Went to the hospital for my annual Diabetic review this morning - all well under control - which is more than can be said for their new computer system which went down - spent more time waiting for results to be logged onto the system than actually seeing a doctor !
