Surveillance camera reveals the presence of rebels on the desk.

This doesn't look like a diplomatic mission to me.

Our heroic stormtroopers prepare to fight for a galaxy safe from Rebel terror.

A highly dangerous prisoner.

I have no choice. For his own safety, the stormtroopers are going to have to annex the 1/3 of his desk closest to mine. It's the only way to protect it and him from the Rebel Alliance.

Well done on the extra desk space. If he puts his arm on your side of the desk now do you get to order it what to do?

You just carry on enuring that desk is safe for us right-thinking imperial citizens.

It's worth a go, isn't it?

His phone will be in my part of the desk, so I can always cut off communications if he won't cooperate.

He's going out to a customer site tomorrow. I'm going to move the troops in while he's gone, so that everyone else gets to see his reaction when he comes back.

Today I finally got off my posterior and finished tearing down my scooter.  The crankshaft is indeed finished.  Before I order a new one and some other parts, I need to try and hone the cylinder as there are some slight signs of wear.  Hopefully this batch of parts comes in under $500.

Sounds pricey still.

Just spent some of yesterday with a cardboard box sliding down hills with the kids. That was fun, then my lottery ticket won nearly a grand! That goes back into the savings.

So, not being a creature of social media, FoD excluded of course, I tend to miss things that most everyone else knows about.  I was shown a video today, titled "Dumb Ways to Die".  Wow, it made me laugh quite well, and it gets its point across.

Caveman approved.

And I'm a one income family! I very rarely buy booze, which used to be a cash sink. And having kids, although expensive means I have no social life lol. But savings are being delved into lately. So this has been a nice little bonus (also hardly ever buy tickets too) what is a little annoying is we were 1 number off $125,000. And that number turned up on a next number (had to get four in the right order out of 6 only got three) still mighty happy though.

I was at a local store yesterday, buying some parts and tools for my job, and asked how things were going business wise and such.  Early this afternoon, the owner of said store rang me at home, and we had a little chat that lead to him asking for my resume, in a bit of a round about way.  As I have been thinking of a change of scenery of late, I was thrilled and rushed off to tickity-up said resume and hand deliver it to him before closing time.  Resumes are about making an impression for the good, and I feel I have achieved that very thing.  It doesn't hurt, I think,  that over the last two years I have been shifting my professional purchases to his store as often as possible.  We shall see what the future holds.  With eager eyes.

Walking distance if I was in reasonable shape.  About 6km away from home.  Closer than my current employer.  Nothing is very far in this town.  The furthest away you can get, staying on paved roads, only takes 30-40 minutes either direction, and only that if the vehicle in front of you is driven by a git.

I just discovered that one of my power drills' chucks is small enough I can use tiny drill bits suitable for pinning miniatures.  No more hand drilling!

Netherlords require pins.  This has been the understatement of the week, brought to you by, leadhead.

I can't live without my Dremel drill - the best attachment has got to be the flexishaft meaning I havent got to hold the drill while drilling in awkward places !
