To clarify, the snapping crunching sound was not my balls. I almost wish it had been. I broke the wing tips off on either side, fixable but intensely annoying.
Fortunately the pics I took of the dragon immediately before I broke it came out OK (You can never tell, stupid cameras and their 1 inch screens)

*picture snippery*

Oh WOW!  Come to mummy, you minty-fresh hunk of reptile! :jawdrop:

Hope the damage isn't too bad - after everything you've been through with this thing, it must have been heart-stopping to hear that snap!

Work In Progress stuff - a short arsed clone trooper, that Vermissian cultist prototype from ages back, a new Mullet the Barbarian, a wire-frame Fallen One, and a couple of Paladins to accompany the Dragon: one that you've seen (Sir Roger) and one you haven't, which is the one I'll be giving to those spending more than they needed to on the Dragon, assuming I finish it quickly, that is!

I SO want multiples of the short-arsed clone clone trooper. That's an extremely cool sculpt and (to me and certain others, at least) very useful and welcome.

Nowhere yet. I've learnt over the years not to put WIPs up until I am 100% confident I'll finish them - saves people emailing me every day to ask when things will be coming out that I might have given up on. You should see the Spider-Minions of Beelzebub, for instance...

LOL! The only reason I ask is that it looked like people have seen them... maybe it was at the show?

@Ben Sound cool don't they? But really it's an armature with lengths of wire coming out of the back to make spidery legs. Has been for a couple of years!

Sounds cool. When can I buy Spider Minions of Beelzebub to go with my squad of short-arsed clone troopers? Huh? Huh?

Mr Andy Sir...

I'm pretty sure that you've answered this before, but I can't remember where...

Is it ok to put payments for the Dragon in with a standard order, or is it best to do them on their own.

Should be puting in an order this weekend and was just wondering which way to do it.

It's OK to put payments in with an order, but you should specify if you want the other bits to be sent out asap, in which case it'll cost part of your shipping that you pay, sort of thing.

Congratulations Andy, both on the exceptional quality of the final sculpt and on having it recognised appropriately by the community at large, I genuinely don't think there was any real doubt that it deserved to win the Best Miniature category.

Even after two years I'm still just as excited by this figure as I was when it was first announced in fact now that it's finally on the home stretch I really can't wait to have a crack at it (glad I got in pretty early).  We all know that sadly this project had turned into something of a millstone around your neck for the past couple of years but from my point of view the end result is one of those figures that will certainly go down in gaming history as one fo the greats.

Thanks for persevering with it Andy.

Wake me when it's all over.

On another note, re: the email I sent you about extra cash towards the dragon, I've had a brief cash flow problem, so it will ae to wait until I get aid next week, but rest assured, I will be sending some extra cash for that amazing beast.

Andy, i've just stuck 100 down for one of these beauties.

Was hoping to pay in full, ( or at least buy a few other bits along with the deposit ), but pesky things called "bills" kept dropping through the letterbox.  :tantrum:
