Yes, the day has dawned at long, long, long last. The last Dragon has been cast. The queue is cleared. The moulds have largely died, so no more are currently possible, but I may be able to scrounge a few Imperfects from the pile for sale at Salute etc. If I ever decide to do another casting run I will have to spend £100's on moulds and days making them first, which makes it highly unlikely that it will return.
I'd like to thank all those of you who patiently waited for me to get you your dragon, and I'd like to thank even more those of you who, knowing the struggles I've had with this, and the financial woes, upped the amount you paid to match the RRP (not everyone did, some refused to pay a single penny more than they had, even for shipping, and were snotty about it to boot) - I couldn't have carried on without those little extra amounts; every time someone demanded their money back it was a massive deal, for instance the angry German who had 3 dragons at £100 and when they demanded their money back, it meant I couldn't buy the equipment that would have let me double the casting speeds at the time. I won't list all the mental turmoil (had a bit of a breakdown at one point) the waking up in the middle of the nights, the long hours of thinking it would never end and so forth, I'll just say it's been hard, but here, nearly 6 years after I started sculpting it (Christmas 2009, lest we forget, on page 1 of this thread) the queue is at last cleared and I have been able to keep my word.
To those who said I wouldn't, or couldn't or worse, was deliberately lying, a rip-off merchant, a thief (that woman on here, somewhere around page 13 or somewhere?), please watch this short video:
