All right; hit squad is in the house!!!! Let's open up a can of kickass and kill 'em all!!! Let the paramedics sort 'em out!   :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Ahem; I just wanted to let everyone know I received my dragon #62 yesterday. And it was great!!!

I've only gotten as far as to eat all the candies, look at the pieces, put them down, look at them again, dry-fitting a couple of them etc. I have them on my desk an really look forward to at least put it together within the next few days. After all the trouble I've heard with the casting; at least the parts turned out beautifully and the seem to fit very tight together.

I really hope you can find a way to sell the dragon on, beyond the 200 or so left to cast. This is a dragon of pure greatness and flawlessness and it deserves all the sales it can get. I love it!!!   :boing:

Thanks a lot for making this happen Andy  :notworthy:

I really hope to give it the paint job it deserves when I get around to it; life is too busy as always :-(

Actually it was a 32 hour sitting, interrupted by 6 hours of sleep. I was at work.
I was very productive work-wise though. Maybe it'd be a good idea for my employer to buy some more of the stuff  :tantrum:  :boing:  :woohoo:  :boing:   :tantrum:

Don't worry, a new dragon is so far away on my list of things to do that I will be dead long before it could happen.

Besides, there are so many other things you must do first.  Like a new dweller and nether-peeps.

Looks like I will shortly have an unwanted Dragon to sell of on Ebay as the rightful owner no longer wants it (he's out of the hobby now) and would like a refund. Can't afford to refund him without selling the dragon first, so I shall be selling it on his behalf.  Will give details once it's up.

The Dragon that is unwanted by the owner is now up for auction on Ebay. 10% of final value will go to Children In Need. Please let anyone who might be interested know!

Just boxed up the next two dragons, in one huge box, ready to go to one man. You are right to be jealous.

The next two dragons after those ones, which would have been 70 and 71, are a moment of bittersweet joy as the person they would have gone to if that person was pretty nasty about me when they decried me on several forums including the FOD (if you've followed this thread, you might remember who it was, good luck to them and their miniatures business). I thought about offering them the chance to buy them back, but I'd rather they went to the next people on the list who have continued to trust and support me. Fair's fair and bitchy gets nothing.

That said, there are a couple of people who have asked for refunds over the last couple of years whom I WILL offer the chance to change their minds, because they were civil about it and I feel bad that they felt let down enough to go there, plus it should always pay to be polite.

So, next dragon out of the doors will be number 72...

It's still two scales closer.......... That list's growing ever shorter as more dragons are cast and sent.

Yes, it is good to see positive progress, and picking up momentum.  Although at this point in things I cannot afford one of these amazing pieces.  However I am continuing to send all my positive energy that I can, your direction.  Hoping also soon to be able to send some money for more toys.

@BulldogUK, are you finished yours yet?

To anyone out there unsure about whether to get one of these dragons, can I just say do it! The model itself it breathtaking and considering this is Andy's first go at resin casting I'm gobsmacked by how good the joins are. My only slight gripe is that the head turns away from the tree stump leaving it at the back of the model, which is a shame as it is amazingly sculpted (so a gripe is actually a compliment!)

It is assembled - now I have to psyche myself up to get some paint on this bad boy!
