Really like the horns, and I think the lower ones balance the head more and make it look more 'finished'...
:metoo:

I really like the horned head - four horns definitely.

 :applause:

I should be putting my preorder in tomorrow when my cashflow becomes less glacial (blinking clients!).

I'd much prefer the dragon to have the lizard 'hidden' privates rather than have to face painting them swinging in the wind.

If dragons didn't hide their 'bits' behind some dragonscale armour plating they'd be a lot easier for treasure hunters to 'do in' . A Dragon's reputation as a ferocious killer would be completely ruined if a couple of once-terrified villagers saw one writhing around on the floor howling after a sneaky halfling had delivered a swift kick to the happy sack before legging it with the best loot from the treasure hoard.

I can almost hear a bunch of dwarfs chanting from a side tunnel in a lonely mountain, "easy, easy, easy..."

:)

Fear not, there are no dragon danglies for you to cope with. They don't have them like mammals do, there are links in the first page IIRC.

They are retained within the body until needed. Much more disgusting/terrifying to look at when they do pop out though. Besides, I think this dragon is probably female. She's quite big.

At first that sounded good and then I thought once more of Terry Pratchet. Then I thought of the shoot him in the "voonerables" lines. This means that either the Dragon in the story was like a living death star and made the shot one in a million or he had let his mobile phone drop out of his pocket . . . .   :whaaa: (if you catch my drift).

Well, in the Pratchetverse one-in-a-million events happen nine times out of ten.  :P

IIRC that dragon was female anyway...

Less Pratchett moar dragon plzkthx.  Or I'll counter-attack with Tolkien's poetry.

On-topic, on-topic, uh... Andy, you mentioned doing an armoured mount version (IIRC).  Are you still thinking of doing conversion packs for that kind of thing, + zombie dragons etc.?

Order done (I've ordered some other bits separately) - looking forward to spending a long time on painting this one.

I think I'd better practice painting scales - my dragon is going to be green.

You can use Paypal directly if the shopping cart gives you problems (that's what I did):

If you wish to pay a deposit on this dragon to reserve one or more for yourself then please either Paypal me 30 to orders@heresyminiatures.com (Choose 'Send Money' from your Paypal account homepage, then choose 'Personal Payments' then 'Money Owed', then enter that email address as the address to send money to, make the subject title Dragon Deposit) Or you can use the regular shopping basket by going to the dragon's wip page on the main Heresy site. You can pay more than 30 if you wish to. It would certainly help me out with my tax bill.
