Hi Andy. I had to finally join FoD as I'm just too curious as to what number I am. Thanks in advance. Darrell Schmidt.

Looking forward to seeing painted pics of those lucky enough to be amongst the first in getting their dragon(s).

Hi Andy,
I've emailed you, and sent a PM regarding my change of address, can you confirm you have received and acknowledged that?
I am #26, so I don't want the poor dragon being sent to my old work address!

I've been marveling at this creation for quite a while...I could never paint one adequately enough.  But I do think this is the best dragon model (mini doesn't fit) ever produced.  At current market rates, and if the price is still correct, in CAD the dragon costs $310 and change.  Totally worth it, I imagine.

Sorry for the delay. you wouldn't believe the amount of emails I get these days and the week updating the cart has blown my mind.

@Ishil:       148
@Brage97:   62

@yxaltis: the one you emailed me from. Rest assured that the address is correct, anyway!

I have a big box of dragons in the workshop to go through and carefully check.
Theoretically, up to about number 18 of them.

PS, so far it's cost me £4275 to get these 18 or so dragons.

Whose idea was this again?

Ouch Andy. I take it some of that cost will spread across more dragons.

I bloody hope so! Turns out one set of moulds costs way, way more than I had expected, so when i had to re-sculpt it at the start of the year, the second set of moulds that needed to be made didn't help out either. Now waiting to find out how many casts we can get out of them before more are required...which will give the true cost of each dragon.

It's one thing after another, isn't it. The karma fairy had better have something damn good lined up for you after this.

Is somebody going to do an unboxing like Beasts of War? Would be nice to see BoW do one if just for the publicity for Heresy. If not a unboxing even pics in Turn8 would be good for business I'd guess.

I was thinking of doing one... its always interesting to see that sort of thing - especially if the casting is as good as its rumoured :D I'm #39 (i think) and I'll get it up on my blog as soon as I get a chance.

It'd be in pics as I dont think you'll all want to see my ugly mug :P

my dragon arrived today, trust me the casting really is quite good. sure, you'll have to clean up a few bits (but honestly - people not expecting/ willing to do that on a kit this size probably should buy into diecast cars...)

from what i can tell so far it should fit together well enough- only had time to roughly clean up/ test fit left + right body/ wings/ legs/ arms/ tail bits so far, but: quite impressive quality (both the sculpting + the casting)

nobody seems to have mentioned it thus far: the hole thing is very carefully & securely packaged as well!

excuse my even worse than usual english, but on top of being stressed and tired i'm also slightly drunk(ish)

Yeah, wouldn't something of this calibre be put to the immediate forefront?
