i used to keep a piece of A4 paper blue tacked to the wall by my painting desk, worked well enough and I think I was generally managing 2-4 minis a week ( roughly).
I have a mini blog on another site I keep track of it with now, not as fast but still happy with the general output, though the input (I think) may be more that it, admittedly a dozen airfix warriors before crimbo didn't help.

Information / Re: Grymn Powered Armour - What size bases?
« on: November 29, 2013, 06:18:36 PM »
GW Powered armour ( space marines) is 25mm bases.  original terminators were the same,  the 40mm based ones of current sales are too big, ( they stand around 5mm taller that my originals).
Id say 25mm,  40mm is for ogre sized plus, dreads, light walkers, etc

I see a version of the rosach ink blot test used to interpret latent psychoses.
of corse how you interpret the results says as much abought you as the person giving you the info.

Libertee's Miscellaneous Musings II / Re: things that really p** you off

when things go CRASH and burble.
we recently got a new pump for the pond,  can pump the entire contents of the pond in an hour, which is great for the fish.... but when the cascade shifts for any reason ( birds, cats, sheer bl**dy mindedness ) it can pump the pond dry in an hour.   needless to say it has, and was trying too. so after switching the pump off, refilling the pond by bucket, its put pump back on and clamber round on the mound to find whats happened, one side of the top part of the cascade dropped by a bought and inch enough to have the water slowly trickle over, glub, glub glub...  Fortunately the fish seem ok.
As I was speeding down the stairs and out the back door to do this.. the speakers on the stereo in the front room fell off there shelf. CRASH.   :swear:  after fixing mr pond they appear to be fine ( still play etc) but the front grills are even more battered than before. ( its happened before) so ive had to re-attach the shelf, and reposition the speakers.

« on: October 14, 2013, 07:07:28 PM »
Balgy   as ive said from the start, I entered for the fun of it, and had no delusions a bought my chances of winning ( and even fewer ones when I saw the quality of some of the other entry's :jawdrop:).
If I get any where in the HF choice set you'll be able to knock me down with a feather, id be so surprised.
But as I said above  and  :applause:  to the winners.
they are well smart looking.
