If you'd call it Doomsday, you could put 'Doomsday Gazette' on promo flyers/ ads...
Seriously though: if you're really going to organise a show you'll need a name that's easy to remember. Think of the show as a new product you wanna sell to people.

I doubt that I'll be able to help much, just wanted to wish you good luck for your (ad)venture.

Questions and Answers / Re: Tips on sculpting/building a sci-fi car?

Or maybe build the car body from plasticard and add the details with greenstuff/ pro create.

And go to a hobby store near you and have a look at those separable acrylic shapes like eggs and so on:

These should work for the upper part of a futuristic looking car.

Nice diorama, great idea and the car turned out great, too!

Funny thing is I once had a similar idea, only I planned on using H0 stuff - I blame that song...

I've always wondered what's the best way to ensure that painted minis reach their destination without damage. Not that I've ever sent painted stuff anywhere, but I'm curious.

So: what's your favourite method of protecting the miniatures/ paintjobs from damage?

Maybe just change the pics a little, so they include the code & price?

Example:

That way everybody gets what the want, you don't need to play around with the code for the hover names and this solution doesn't take up that much more space neither.

if you're a werewolf, SW, then i must be a vampire. my passport photo makes me look like one! 8:::
passport photos are cruel and often bizarre- I had one where the photographer had managed to make the pic look as if I don't have an ear (and my granddad ended up looking like someone just had finished beating him up)

While I like the new layout for its gallery look I prefer the old one because you see all the necessary info at once (plus the hoover function doesn't work for me, but that maybe due to me using mozilla firefox).

Not if you'd add a bit of transparency (for the example I simply used the banner & a pic from the website, hope that's ok):

I figured since we were talking about skinned privates and frostbite before I wouldn't need to insert an extra warning. But you're probably right.

In the text for the Kalee bp theres' a typo: One of each of t e h instead of One of each of t h e.
Though completely irrelevant since it doesn't change anything 'bout the money saved purchasing the bp, I thought being a bit of a perfectionist you might want to correct it anyways.

Real people (and other mammals) you can even donate your body, if you wanted to.

wikipedia article: plastination (don't know how informative the bodyworlds site is)

Warning: Those links describe and explain the plastination technique (a way to conserve bodies & bodyparts) and contain pics of before mentioned conserved bodies. If looking at pics of dead people with their skin removed makes you feel a little unwell, don't click there!

They're quite a nasty and evil looking bunch, that skinned look really suits them ghoulies well.

For your next ones, have you considered painting one or two (maybe the leaders) as if they're only partly skinned? Might make for some nice variation if you got lots of ghoulies.
Other than that all I can think of is maybe adding a few putty maggots and using green or blueish glazes on some parts to give them a slightly rotten/ mouldy look

Can't see any of that (or your IP as a matter of fact)...
No (immediate) need to be paranoid.
