 Not too sure what the picture quality is though

 I got a few dirty looks and the person who'd told me to take a call had drifted towards me a few times and then moved away but I think that she was more than aware that if she'd decided to make an issue of the matter I was in the middle of a whole bunch of people who were willing to gave a few words back so I got away with it.

 The good thing is, the more pressure they put on us as agents, the more we pull together as a team. I've already been against the whole 'them and us' aspect of the business but it seems to be working as time presses on.

 One of the other charming facts was last Friday - 7/7/2006 at 12.00pm I was told to take a call

 I said, perfectly politely, 'It's 12pm, 2 minutes silence'

 And was told 'I don't care, I have a job to do'

 Two of us just sat there, looking at the manager...and remained silent for the 2 minutes.

 Was kind of harsh considering the respect thing

 It just sucks really...this used to be a nice place to work

 Then one MD left, his replacement left, HIS replacement had a meeting with all the staff...then left

 Now we have this new guy and the whole place has been essentially blown to bits (not literally)

 The good, hard working staff are being shoved out the door and we're not really recruiting anyone new

 Actually, we have a new training group starting tomorrow...with 3 people in.

 5 people have left in the last 2 weeks

 I'm sure there's some work that can be done with statistics that makes this look beneficial, I'm only good with numbers, not BS.

 Ah well, soddit

 I'll have moved on soon too, then I won't have to sit here until 11pm at work on a weekend...and World Cup Final Night

 Well, work is a fun place to be. They just announced the new Bonus scheme and...4 people handed in their notices.

 That's within 3 days of the scheme being announced.

 I can't go into too much detail about it, but I'm also looking for another job as is another member of my team

 

 Soon we won't have anyone working here...

 This was put to the big big boss and he said 'If you don't like it here, there's the door...'
