My father in law raves about how awefully bad it was.  So bad it was hilarious.

The prices, also, don't.
$40 for one miniature... Why do I even bother...

More than enough reason for me to not visit their site.  I don't feel the minis are worth the price.  Although, I do hope that mr. Buddle is doing well there.

Finished putting up a small retaining wall for a raised garden down the back of the house. Now I just need an extra 10 cubic metres of soil...
Neighbours gardens....... a couple of pocketfuls a day on the way past - nobody will ever notice

Is that the reverse of The Great Escape?

Great Descape.

I don't think that is the proper lifting method for that explosive device.  Unless of course you are using it in a scenario where your players are playing the worlds largest game of mouse trap.  You should know, though, that game never works right

Great paint work though.

I'm sure its common knowledge: lead piles reach critical mass and begin self replicating once they first reach 100 grams in mass.  Then you're in for a ride on the lead wave.   Hope you have a surf board.

Always nice to get a bargain! Now it can sit in your lead pile forever ;)

Yeah, although I've managed to paint more than I'e been buying so the pile maybe experiencing negative growth soon.

That can happen to your pile? Wow! There's hope yet.

No, I'm just lying to myself to make the hurting stop.  I am trying though.

Got it for a tenner!  And a lot of hope and patience.  Sorry Ink, I couldn't come up with the funds for yours.  Special thanks to beefcake for the heads up about this beast on evil-bay.  Ended up being taken on an adventure with this one.  Put in a bid even though the picture on the auction was almost indescernable, won it for less than a song, then got it in the mail.  All that was there was arms, legs, weapons, wang and tail.  No body, no head, no spines.  Auction did not say incomplete so I emailed the seller with the situation.  He said to double check for all parts and he would go for a dig around his end.  Next day, he says no luck. :tantrum:  Tells me to send it back and he'd refund me.  So I asked for an address to send it to, instead he says hold on another day, that he would look again, that now he remembers the big base (also missing).  Next day I get an email saying he found the rest and would mail it asap.  So, hanging on a thread of hope I waited.  Today I got what he sent in the mail and lo!  Everything that was missing is in this new envelope :woohoo:  The seller was even in Canada.  Took some extra patience, but some of the best ten bucks I can recall spending.  Now to actually get it built, filled, painted and photo'd.

To be continued.......sometime....later... :paranoid2:

Yep, 75mm tall but in 54mm scale from what I've read (her hair is standing straight up). So she should fit in well with Gypsy...

Good point!

We likeses we does.  What do you use for a wash/glaze/shade/filter on your metals to have them look so natural and not overly metal flake paint looking?

Painting gets my vote for a legitimate therapy excersise.  I do believe that you have reached the edge of 'group', are verging on 'mob' and will be a hoard at 25 members.  That's my two bits worth.

Last but not least, looking fantastic!
