Still here a bit.  Have not painted in quite some time.  Tinkered with a few injection plastic kits lately.  Hope to tinker some more then share what's been going on.

Getting really excited about this lady.  Have been looking at photos on instagraham cracker.  Have to say I might think about starting to think about maybe thinking about beginning to think about starting to become impatient.  I've tried to copy some of the photos here but haven't been able to.  So I'll just say that I'm really looking forward to finally getting all my KS stuff.

I need her.  Two or three of her even.

Tried to not have it giant, but reposting can prevent that I guess.

Can I have her tomorrow?

These ones too.

It's nice to see that no body has used this thread in some time, but I must.

The Canadian dollar.  Or at least how badly it's doing compared with the US dollar and the  .  I wanted to pick up a couple things but something that costs 6.25 will cost me $12.47 before shipping.

Hopefully the dollar comes back up before my Heresy KS stuff is ready to ship.  Otherwise I may get raked over the coals on shipping.

Oh well what happens, happens.  Venting over.  Have a nice day.

I like it.  Really brings out the cathedralesque design of the beast.

Apparently I have not kept my word.  Haven't had time to paint and not been too tired to think.  Too much work.  Back in September, one coworker went on stress leave.  Don't understand why.  Must be more than I can see.  That meant that I and another coworker had to alternate six day work weeks.  Then two days after her sixty first birthday, our only other coworker, besides the manager, had a stroke.  That was early November.  Then me and the other guy were both working six day weeks.  Lots of paid overtime, but very tired.  Stress leave guy is apparently coming back February 1 and our other coworker was cleared to come back December 28, and suffered no lasting injury.  Hopefully I can get back to two day weekends soon.  Lots of things wanting to be painted.  Have to see what happens.

I think she looks great.  Freehand details are something I want to improve on as well.  Excellent work on the hair shadow, if that's what you can call it.  Really like the crystal on her staff, very cool.  Well done.

Maxatures take up a ton of space.  And aren't really playable.

As for your paint work, I hate you :applause: as usual.  Absolutely admirably accomplished, astoundingly absurdly amazing.

My order finally arrived!  I was starting to give up hope.  Thought maybe it was lost at sea.  But it arrived.  Great stuff by the way.

Ps:  mushrooms was it's entirety.  But they're excellent.

Very cool.  How is Madame coming along?  Any progress since the last photos?  It's very hard not to order more maggotmen.  But I could probably find a place for more.  So excited for my ks stuff.  I think the beautrid slug lady is the only thing holding up the shipment.

Yesterday, I had to do my annual refresher of military training. part of the training involves going into a gas chamber and doing respirator drills with crowd Supressant gas in the air. I really... REALLY hate it.

Yesterday was the last time I have to do it because I will be on end of service leave next year :)

That makes me very happy :)

So I tried to watch the walking dead just now.  For the first time.  Yes, I don't do anything while it's still popular.  I got 53 seconds in to the first episode and got annoyed.  Yes I know there are production costs blah blah.  Maybe I am the first person to ever notice.  The tractor truck on its side has no drive line at all!  No transmission, prop shafts, differentials or axles of any kind.  Probably no engine either.  Don't know if it was supposed to be looted or what, but they could have used cardboard boxes and tubes to make it look like it had all that before it was tipped over.  I guess it's just the mechanic in me going "Oi, that ain't right!"

Rant over.  I put this here because I was more amused than angry.  Seemed a bit harsh to put this in the other thread.  That and it's been so quiet over there.

I've personally sworn off Reaper.  I don't think that they should have been allowed to use kickstarter.  Not a company that size, who has already proven that it is a viable business.  I'll end on that before I go off the hook.

I took a look myself.  Graphic.  But see what you mean about character design.  I would like to see minis with a bit of that style.

Censor the pictures with a paint program.  Or make a note in the title warning people.

Never heard of the comic, but I agree that there aren't enough curvey halfling girls.

Curse you.  You made me go and buy more minis.  I ended up ordering both of the magic ladies in this photo.  Resin master from HF and the other one from RBG.

So, we know they're out there.  Where are all the pictures of finished and in progress dragons?  We won't judge, we just want to see.

Before you tell me to post mine, I couldn't afford one.
