Picked this one: http://www.heresyminiatures.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=17

One orded and will have a look at weekend to see what painting gear is like.

You know that if I have managed to do anything sort of decent enough, you can use no problem.

Got a blue background that has never been used and need tested.

Would have taken me all week to catch up.  :lmao:

I'm just starting book 3 of "The Tripods" 4 if you count the prequel which I read first.

Got and watched the old BBC adaptation of the first two books and wanted to know what happens in the third part which they didn't bother to make all those years ago.  :swear:
So I searched and got the three books off amazon and found out there was a forth prequel one so I got it as well.
The BBC production is kinda the same as the books but they did change it to suite a more older audience than the books were written for.
Since I paid for them and want to know what happens in the third part I'm reading them anyway but I'm more a fantasy/horror and Sci-Fi fan when it comes to reading and in that order or even better all three mixed together.

I like the books I get from here.
http://www.abaddonbooks.com/titles/

I have read most of the Afterblight Chronicles (read first 5) Tomes of the Dead (Read first 5) Pax Britannia (Read first 3) and enjoyed them all.
I haven't had much time to read or spare cash so haven't got any in a while but I will get more.

Doctor Who / Re: Doctor Who

Spotted one of the special effects guys on doctor who, his head anyway.

Four to Doomsday, Episode One, it was when Monarch went to open the Tardis you could see the top of the head between to machines on the left.
He must have been there to operate the levers to make the devices Monarch used to try to open the Tardis.

I'm working my way through the old Doctor who's.   :D

Andy's head and hands with Kev's body, I also made the axe.
GW Skelly, metal shield and sword I got off ebay ages ago, broken pillar also off ebay, stone coaster for base, glass mosaic tiles, gravel (different sizes) and something else I can't remember what.

So a good bit of work went into it.

The slow motion can either hit you at the wrong time or help save your ass.

Me and my mate's use skype when playing online.

Your best starting at beginner level as jumping into normal level will get you killed in no time flat!.

Watch the trailer at the bottom, it's real footage from the game.

It's dark, gritty and not cartoony the way "Left 4 Dead" is and came out last month so £10.99 is very cheep for such a great game.

If you like "Left 4 Dead" then you have to try "Killing Floor" solo or six player co-op but I have seen a server with 30 co-op going.

Much more choice and your not having to goto the same place each time and plenty of new maps being made by players all the time.
It uses steam so don't buy it second hand, new only.

Get it here for £10.99
http://www.dvd.co.uk/Games/Killing-Floor-PC-DVD/KILLINGFLOOR/product.htm

You can pay a bit extra and download it from steam.

Cheddarmongers is hosted by a FOD member "Cheddarmonger" and allows you to host any painted miniture figure you do while inageshack and photobucket would block painted nude miniture figures and such, as Klute found out when his was.

It's where I host mine.
