Great job. I love the group shot at the top.
Somewhere in the lead pile I have these lurking, I doubt they'll ever look as good as these!

Good luck with the next few months, sounds like they will be interesting.
Have you thought about advertising the minis etc here or LAF etc before going to eBay? It would save you a packet on seller's fees!
eBid might be another alternative to eBay(lower fees), I've used them a few times - not as popular as eBay but if you pimp the auctions around, that would help.

A real shock, sad news. RIP. :(

Thanks Brandlin. My neighbour did exactly that, the next morning and they said they would contact the landlord.
The other annoying thing is, the council came to collect a leather setter, armchair and the remaining laminate flooring from their garden the next morning! Obviously pre-arranged so why f**king burn anything anyway!!?!?! :tantrum:

I'm off to my happy place.......

Don't you hate that! Our neighbours usually do that on the one fine day in the middle of a rainy spell when you finally get all the washing outside on the line, which then stink of smoke.
Exactly.

9
Neighbours(who are a recent addition to the estate) who think it's ok to start a fire on the hottest day of the year so far, fill our close and surrounding closes with smoke and then go to the pub!!!  :swear:
This started at 2PM and meant that my wife couldn't have the windows open to cool the house down for when our 2 boys went to bed. It was still smoking at 7AM this morning when I left for work. :swear:

Totally anti-social. :(

Hello and  :welcome:.

Dorks, just trying to get the price down I guess but if it were me it would just make me stubbornly stick to a higher price.
Yep, that's exactly what I'm going to do.

Why do people think it's ok to openly criticise your home when they come to view it as a potential buyer? :(
My wife and I have been to view a few properties, but we make mental notes and discuss it after the viewing, not infront of the current owner and in a, frankly, rude manner. :(

Walked all the way back to my car in a half falling off shoe only to find that a) I'd outstayed the maximum stay time, so had to pay a penalty, b) some bumfudge had keyed both sides of my car deep to the metal and gouged the badges off the front and back.

Sounds like a bad day all round. It might be worth checking if you really have to pay that ticket or not, if it wasn't issued by the council, you might be able to ignore it.

Hope things improve for you.

Non-FOD minis / Re: Vulkans.

I saw Iron Man 3 again and the different armours that are fighting in the big battle, fired my imagination a bit so there may be a few radical conversions to the other four Vulkans :).

Sounds interesting.
