Announcements and News / Post-op progress slower than hoped.
« on: February 13, 2013, 07:10:12 AM »
Good morning everyone.
An infection in one of my wounds means my post-op recovery is a lot slower than i had hoped. All i seem to be abel to do is sleep at every opportunity, coffeee and po-plus wont even keep me awake ( i have tried!)
Dameon is doing a fabulous job of keeping orders in/out and sorting out restocks and keeping HF ticking over and i am trying to grab a few minutes at the pc whenever i can. But the times i usually juggle in HF stuff (when the kids are at school and in the evenings when they go to bed) all i can physically do is go to bed and close my eyes. I cant sit upright for longer than 15 minutes at the computer or even look at the screen or paperwork without my eyes blurring over. The anti-biotics for the post-op infection have now kicked in so i can ditch some of the more 'hallucinogenic' painkillers which will hopefully make life a bit easier!
Sorry if this means you are waiting for me to do stuff, i know that everybody is being really patient with me.
Thanks lots for your patience, we all really appreciate it.
Sally
